Having taken a Red Cross course several years ago,just as a member of the public, I sit and read through this as a refresher every 6 months or so and use the 'Test Yourself' option. I think it would be easy enough for anyone to gain valuable knowledge from that they may need one day.👍

Clear. Practical and life Saving Advice with illustrations , videos and Tests. So handy to have available on mobiles. Just know the knowledge learnt and the app will be really useful if the need ever called for such .
